Do I need to message you for my order to be worked on?
No. Your order joined the queue the moment it was placed, and it moves forward on its own. You don't need to check in, remind us, or follow up. Your place is set by when you ordered, and that never changes. This page is here so you can see it whenever you like.
Why a queue?
So that everyone is treated the same. Orders are handled in the order they came in, whether we hear from you or not. It's the same fairness we'd want for our own family's order.
What if my order's status hasn't changed in a while?
That's expected and not a sign something's stuck. Orders move in sequence, not on a timer, so a long stretch without change simply means the orders ahead of yours are still being worked through. No need to check in. This page reflects it the moment it changes.
Can I get my order processed faster if I message you directly?
We process every order strictly in the sequence it was received. No exceptions, for anyone. Messaging us won't move your position, and you won't lose your place by staying quiet.
Why can't I just WhatsApp and ask "any update"?
We understand the instinct. You just want a quick answer. But "any update?" isn't actually quick for us to answer: it means pausing to look up your order, explain its position, and reply, for every customer who asks. Multiply that across everyone waiting, and it slows down the very thing that gets your order done faster. This page gives you the same answer instantly, any time, without taking anyone away from the queue.
Why can't you tell me exactly when mine will be done?
We'd rather give you an honest range than a specific date we might miss. The estimate here updates as we go, so it gets more accurate the closer your order gets. Either way, we'll contact you directly when it's your turn.
Why can't I see everyone else's number?
To protect everyone's privacy, we only show today's serving number, not the full list of orders. You can always check your own order number here anytime.
